The beginning of this year is an opportunity to look back at two projects that marked 2022 for our Workshops and that we invite you to discover or rediscover in this year 2023.

Opened on January 18, 2022, the emblematic Poste du Louvre hosts Madame Rêve, the new hotel by Laurent Taïeb. Its name is an invitation to let go and contemplate, and its décor is breathtaking.

We invite you in particular to push the door of the Madame Rêve Café, where you will discover the mahogany woodwork made by our workshop and which gives the place its so particular atmosphere.

Let’s leave a lady for another and let’s go to the Yvelines… And more particularly to the Palace of Versailles where, during 18 months, our teams worked on the restoration of the apartment of Madame du Barry, the last favorite of King Louis XV.

Laid out under the rafters of the north wing overlooking the Marble courtyard, Madame du Barry’s apartment consists of fourteen rooms. Its represent a homogeneous ensemble of exceptional quality. The South enfilade and its richly sculpted embrasures, the library and the bathroom are all witnesses to the refinement and art of living in the 18th century.

Since autumn, these intimate spaces of the life of the king and his favorite are again accessible to the public and can be discovered by reservation, in guided tour.
